World Commission on Human Rights.

 As a new and a dynamic Organization WCHR has adopted a unique holistic approach towards advocacy for Human Development. By adopting the multipurpose approaches, WCHR has produced tremendous results, particularly in the most backward areas of the country like Tirah area and other tribal agencies [Administrated by Federal Govt. of Pakistan, called as Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA)], banking solely by support of our activists and active participation of the local communities.

  • To ratify and implement the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other related charters, covenants, protocols, resolutions, recommendations and internationally adopted norms.
  • To create consciousness with respect to fundamental human rights and obligations among all the citizens.
  • To establish an institute for the promotion of human rights studies with the name and style “Public Institute for Human Rights”.

Program Areas WCHR


Currently WCHR is running two primary schools for orphans and other students of Tirah Area. Both these schools are having 470 and 525 students respectively.


WCHR has given free legal advice to grieved people in the following matters.i-e family disputes,business issues, & Criminal Cases provided with free legal advice and support.

Refugees Camping & Rehabilitation Programs

In order to help refugees and homeless people WCHR has established separate Refugees and Displaced Persons Wing to provide assistance and relief to refugees.

Health Care

WCHR has already arranged many workshops especially in rural areas and FATA to provide awareness and medical relief to people in the different fields.

Drugs and Narcotics

The WCHR has been providing Advocacy against poppy cultivation in FATA area. Some substitute decisions and actions for the people to get and cut down poverty have been implemented in FATA

Disaster Management And Relief Services

To meet up the after calamity emergency needs and demands of affected masses of earthquake in different Zones the WCHR on priority and immediate bases appealed its members and their relatives and friends both inland and abroad to raise funds within days for the relief services for affected people.

In the year 1999, some fair-well, indomitable and passioned citizens, having close contacts with NGOs communities and sublime with the purpose in mind, established World Commission on Human Rights (WCHR) to “Serve and Fight” to safeguard the human rights. This is an independent Non-Profit, Non-Political and Nongovernmental Organization with objectives to protect and promote Human Rights in all aspects/fields of life including;

  • Health Awareness Education and Health
  • Care Services.
  • Civics rights Awareness (Basic life styles promotion)
  • Education with Emphasis on Adult Literacy
  • Education amongst Female Community
  • Computer Knowledge/Literacy & Education
  • Environment Protection with Pollution Control,
